✿ Valid government ID is mandatory at check-in.
✿ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
✿ Loud music and noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
✿ Please maintain cleanliness inside and around the villa.
✿ Any damage to property or amenities will be chargeable.
✿ Pool usage is at your own risk; children must be supervised.
✿ Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

✿ Free cancellation is not applicable within 15 days of check-in.
✿ Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be non-refundable.
✿ Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–9 working days.
✿ Bookings for blackout dates (New Year, Christmas, long weekends, special events) are non-refundable.

Security Deposit : ₹5,000 (Refundable)

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required before check-in. The amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, subject to no damages or policy violations.
