Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with SAMARTH VILLA, operated by PRADIP ARJUN PUJARI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By making a payment through our website or via Razorpay, the customer agrees to this policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Customers will receive booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
In case of payment failure or pending transaction, booking will not be confirmed.
Samarth Villa is not responsible for transaction failures due to bank or payment gateway issues.
2. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refund structure:
15 days or more before check-in: 90% refund (10% deducted as processing & gateway charges).
8–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
7 days or less before check-in: No refund.
Same day cancellation / No-show: No refund.
Refund eligibility is calculated based on the official check-in date and time.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Samarth Villa is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
No-show at the property.
Early checkout after check-in.
Violation of villa rules.
Damage to property.
Incorrect dates selected by the customer.
Guest misconduct or illegal activities.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Date changes must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
6. Cancellation by Samarth Villa
In rare situations such as maintenance issues, safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events, Samarth Villa reserves the right to cancel a booking.
In such cases:
A full refund will be issued
ORAn alternative date may be offered (subject to availability)
No additional compensation shall be payable beyond the booking amount received.
7. Security Deposit (If Applicable)
Security deposit (if collected) will be refunded within 3–5 working days after checkout.
Refund is subject to property inspection.
Damage charges (if any) will be deducted before refund.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers must contact Samarth Villa before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
Raising unauthorized chargebacks without communication may lead to booking restrictions.
All disputes will be handled as per Razorpay and banking regulations.
9. Force Majeure
Refunds may not apply in events beyond reasonable control including:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions or lockdowns
Travel bans
Utility failures
Such cases will be reviewed at management discretion.
