1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

  • A booking is confirmed only after advance payment or full payment is received.

  • Samarth Villa reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.

  • Guests must provide accurate details during booking.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment may be required partially or fully before check-in.

  • Accepted payment modes may include online transfer, UPI, payment gateways, or other available methods.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation.

3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Standard check-in time: [01:00 PM ]

  • Standard check-out time: [11:00 AM]

  • Early check-in / late check-out depends on availability and may include additional charges.

4. GUEST LIMIT & OCCUPANCY

  • Each villa has a maximum guest capacity.

  • Exceeding guest limits without approval is not permitted.

  • Extra guest charges may apply where allowed.

5. ID VERIFICATION

  • Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

  • Samarth Villa reserves the right to deny entry without valid identification.

6. HOUSE RULES

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and property condition

  • Respect neighborhood and avoid loud disturbances

  • Follow villa usage guidelines

  • Not engage in illegal activities

  • Supervise children and personal belongings

Violation of rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

7. DAMAGE POLICY

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or décor during their stay.

  • Repair or replacement charges will be recovered from the guest.

  • Security deposits (if applicable) may be adjusted against damages.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations are subject to Samarth Villa’s refund and cancellation rules.

  • Refund eligibility depends on timing, booking type, and payment terms.

9. NO-SHOW POLICY

If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice:

  • Booking may be treated as a no-show

  • No refund may be applicable

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Samarth Villa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk.

  • The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents during the stay.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Samarth Villa shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Power failures

  • Weather conditions

  • Events beyond reasonable control

12. SERVICE REFUSAL RIGHTS

Samarth Villa reserves the right to refuse accommodation to:

  • Guests violating rules

  • Guests involved in illegal or unsafe behavior

  • Guests misusing property or services

Users agree not to:
